1) Remove lose paint.
2) Check for lose screws and replace where necessary.
3) Pressure washes the roof.
4) Open gutters and down pipes.
5) Seal the roof.
6) Apply two coats of roof paint(including Liquid Rubber) of your choice by means of Airless Spraying.

Tiled roofs:
The process
1) Pressure washes the roof.
2) Open the gutters and down pipes.
3) Seal the roof.
4) Apply two coats of roof paint of your choice by means of Airless Spraying.

The process
The process of painting of houses depends in the requirements of the Client.
1) Replace window putty where applicable.
2) Open cracks and fix.
3) Prepare wall and areas which needs to be painted.
4) Replace gutters and down pipes where applicable.
5) Paint gutters, Facias & Bargeboards.
6) Paint window and door frames.
7) Paint walls with paint of your choice.
